Evil Santa? Plus...Christmas Card Reminder!

I was messing around tonight with comps for those Christmas cards and ended up drawing some stuff in straight ink with a bamboo pen and my ancient Raphael 8404, and ended up with the evil looking Santa. So I figured I would share.

Also, I have address info for many of you for the upcoming Christmas cards, but needless to say I'm still missing out on some of you. Drop me an e-mail with your info and prepare for the holiday cheer! Technically, the 12 Days of Christmas don't end until Jan. 6th. I'm just floating that out there.

The Rest of the Cast

The remaining major players are tonight's installment - Tsaigen, Dr. Fos Blusan, and Vuid Juande. Of which, only Tsaigen is really a main character, but whatever.

The Methuselah - Crew Members

In today's installment, we'll see the main crew members of the Methuselah - Issalai, Zef, and Olcee. I thought drawing all the random people working on the ship was overkill

Finished up the pen drawings of all the characters from my comic. Today, we'll see the crew of the Chojun- Karda, Tel, Hinei and Mu.

A Lazy Friday Night

Working on a character design for a friend, who is looking for a tattoo of a "sexy ninja chick". Now I guess I just have to find a good pose.

I'm collaborating with a friend on a political magazine mock-up, and this is the main illustration I'm doing for it. Figured I'd toss some of the comps up before I go to bed.

ASIFA - Fall 2009, Part 3

Through a series of events I've been using a new, cheaper sketchbook for the last few drawing sessions and I'll be damned if any of the gray pencil work in it will show. I also think my scanner is on its last legs, so its problems from both end. Drawings wise, this girl was absolutely gorgeous. I wish I had done more portraits- I like the two here okay but I don't think I really captured her cheekbones at all.
